Magnesium Oil is perfect for those who use magnesium salts or Epsom Salts. It is a topical spray with magnesium chloride salts in distilled water and much better for absorption than Epsom Salts.

Helps with muscle cramps, spasms, convulsions, tics, muscle weakness, numbness and tingling, low energy and chronic fatigue Anxiety, depression, sleeping difficulties, high blood pressure, hormonal issues- male and female palpitations, calcification arteries, hyperactivity (ADHD), headaches, migraines, nausea, poor memory, confusion, constipation, kidney stones, sugar cravings, acid reflux.

Ingredients: Dead Sea magnesium chloride, organic lavender essential oil, distilled water. Spray 8-10 squirts of magnesium oil liberally onto body daily, especially locally to achy painful muscles. Magnesium oil this preparation for topical use only. Do not ingest. Avoid eyes and broken skin. Stinging, tingling or burning is natural and suggests a deficiency of magnesium. Regular use of magnesium oil will lead to a decrease in stinging or tingling. You can mix with distilled water to ease.

CAUTION: Bleeding disorders: Magnesium may slow blood clotting. Taking magnesium might increase the risk of bleeding or bruising in people with bleeding disorders or those taking blood thinning medication. Please discuss with your doctor before using. Don’t take magnesium if you have kidney problems without speaking to your doctor. Interactions with Medications: Some medications interact with magnesium, especially when taken orally.
