Shipping policy

Thanks for shipping with Cernunnos Mil! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Back-orders (especially for large native plant orders) may entail a further delay if the item requires to be made or packaged for freight. In the instance of significant delays, we will get in contact and refund will be offered if the wait-time is unacceptable.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

All parcels are tracked for paid shipping.  North Island delivery time is usually overnight (from date of shipment) and can be delivered to rural addresses along with residential and business addresses. Please allow up to 2 days extra for rural deliveries.

We’re happy to offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50 and under 2 kgs in weight. With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.

Please note we can’t ship to PO Boxes within NZ. Please make sure that you provide us with an address that is complete so delivery can be smooth and quick.

How can I track my order status?

You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped with tracking information. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

Returns and refunds policy

We do not offer refunds for changes of minds due to many or our products being personal care. If the package is delivered broken we will offer a replacement on proof of damaged goods. No refunds will be given. 

We are not responsible for the loss of any packages once they have been given to the courier. However in the unlikely event that a package is lost we will launch an investigation with Couriers and help with the process as much as possible. Please do not send us any products back without contacting us first. Please keep all packaging and shipping material for insurance claims.  In the case of lost orders, a claim will be lodged and replacement sent.
